Qualifications
* Preferably South Indian National with UAE Valid Driving License
* Candidate must have local experience in construction in UAE
* Knowledgeable in accounting software such as Quickbooks or Tally ERP 9
Responsibilities
* Communicating with suppliers and keeping good relationships, preparing quotations and comparing prices to ensure the best deals and discounts.
* Material Submittals requests, collection and follow up
* Get approvals from consultants, coordinating with suppliers for accurate delivery of materials according to quantities, specifications and time.
* Tracking orders with suppliers and site engineers
* Maintaining inventory on materials available at sites and store, ensuring as well they are kept in good condition
* Issue Letters of intent in compliance with prior contracts and agreements
* Find new suppliers in the market with best competitive prices and good quality materials
* Coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineers for tendering purposes
* Finalizing payment and delivery terms with suppliers
* Responsible for planning purchases and organization of work in the department
* Supplier’s statement of accounts reconciliations and finalizing payment issues
* Bookkeeping and consolidation of finance of the company
