IQPC produces more than 1,500 events annually around the world, and continues to grow. Founded in 1973, IQPC now has offices in major cities across six continents including: Berlin, Dubai, Johannesburg, London, New York, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Stockholm, and Sydney.

We are currently looking to hire a person with minimum one year of Operations Manager experience to join our fast-paced global conference company .

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the entire project, from the initial handover from production to the smooth running of the event .

The Team

The operations department is a highly dedicated team working towards individual and collective targets using a tailored IQPC sales methodology on which you will be thoroughly trained.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills to be able manage numerous events at once . A strong detailed oriented self starter with creativity and problem solving skills will thrive in this position .

Required experience and Skills :

• At least 1 year experience as Operations Manager, ideally gained in B2B environment


• Strong customer service focus


• Excellent verbal and written skills


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure


• Excellent time management and organisational skills


• Successful with outlining, managing and performing in a multi-tasking environment


• Prompt, accurate and sensitive handling of all event information


• Experience with tight deadline for managing project


• Proven job reliability , diligence , dedication and attention to detail


• Self-motivated and confident in making sound business decisions and outline “next steps”


• Ability to build to strong relationships with outside partners


• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint


• Team oriented with healthy and positive attitude


• Strong Negotiation Skills
