As a member of the GE MENAT Organization & Talent Development team, this role will be responsible for driving the pipeline development strategy across the region. In addition, this role looks after HR for HR and executing the HR people strategy including EHRM responsibilities for the HR community.


Essential Responsibilities

Talent Pipeline Development


• Identify and Align the University Relations Strategy for the region and globally, with the purpose to build a strong GE external brand as well as inject interns into the organization to feed long term talent pipeline

• Lead global and regional metrics on intern hiring, leadership programs, diversity and localization

• Partner with HR and business leaders to prioritize and establish program strategies and workforce planning aligned with the growth trajectory for the region

• Ensure leadership programs excellence and consistency across the region

• Analyze recruitment, retention, and development trends and adjust programs accordingly.

• Partner with the recruitment team on developing and maintaining the appropriate recruitment channels


HR for HR


• Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple HR employees within a complex environment, including supporting various matrixed organizations with acquired businesses

• High focus on driving the annual HR people reviews; training plans, salary planning, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention.

• Executing all HR initiatives and projects aligned to the regional and global strategy.

• Collaborate with O&TD leader to execute on regional O&TD projects.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree from an accredited university or college

• 8+ years of work experience in HR or related field

• Experience in project management, demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups as well as drive agendas

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under time pressure

• Ability to connect with all levels of the organization

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
