Estimator - Abra VM&SD - Dubai

ABRA VM&SD International is a pioneer in Visual Merchandising & Store Design with expertise in luxury retail furniture production. Based in U.A.E for the last 24 years we are continuously expanding within the region and venturing into India and Africa in 2017. Our portfolio includes some of the top names in luxury retail and our work has been installed in major duty free shops and shopping malls across Middle East and Africa.

Experience: 3 -4years Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architect qualified (preferred/or relevant industry experience)

• Needs experience in estimation by identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, technical drawings/autocad, client specifications, and related documents based on the project brief.


• Preparation of BOQ in excel format


• Co-ordination between departments for the actual time and cost to cross reference.


• Should be able to ensure the accuracy of estimates by including all possible material and labor costs associated with producing a project


• Responsibility is extended to timely submission of estimates as per the requirements of the Project / Client.


• Should be able to communicate effectively with 3rd party to get material and subcontracted costs within reasonable time frame.


• Willing to work flexible hours based on project demands for timely tendering.


• MS Office & Auto CAD experience is mandatory.
