• Managing a team with a healthy Assets portfolio.


• Getting revenue, generating business through bundle business finance offers like Business loan, Business over-draft, CAPEX finance, Goods finance, Rent Loan and Business credit card.

• Pre-screening and underwriting of fresh cases logged in by the team.

• Providing a consultative support on benefits, features and advantages of the product to the customers.

• Co-ordination with different departments like Credit, CADMIN, COD and ASU etc. to get the disbursals and account opening within the TATS.

• Personal visit on each case with the RO, to resolve any discrepancies and to verify company’s and customer’s profile.

• To ensure that the customers pay on regular basis. Proactively monitor and control any delinquency in the payments.


• Managing team functions viz. manpower planning, recruitment and selection, induction, performance appraisal, training etc. developing and retaining talent.


• Ensure and provide top class customer service and delivery at all levels within the company’s set procedures for high customer satisfaction levels
