Regional Manager Sales NME (m/f)

in our Bath & Wellness Division, Location: Dubai.

Core Responsibilities:

• Achieve and increase planned Sales, Turnover and Profit expectations in the assigned area


• Lead and manage a team of 3 international Sales & Project Manager’s


• Maintain relations to important decision makers e.g. Architects, Investors, Developers and the Hotel Industry


• Secure a professional and consistent project work and follow-up in the concerned markets


• Prepare customer/ key account and market development plans


• Collaborative development of Marketing and PR plans


• Strengthen and expand the Villeroy & Boch brand awareness and presence in the area, develop Marketing and PR-Plans and Projects


• Further development and improvement of the potential usage in existing customers and markets

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master- or bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent on-the-job experience in Sales


• Five to eight years’ of sales and project experience, including direct, distributor and representative networks, experiences in leading a team advantageous


• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), Arabic language advantageous


• Travel and entry permit for all GCC countries, Iran and Pakistan, due to customer visits


• Proficient in the use of PC’s, MS-Office and CRM-tools


• Professional appearance, committed to customer satisfaction


• Ability to work independently while remaining a team player, good management skills


• Good and persuasive communication and representation skills
