This role will require you to lead a team of experienced Product Managers to help them generate ideas for new features and enhancements, as well as ensuring they are constantly pushing the bounds of creativity and innovation. You will be responsible for working cross functionally with the senior management of each brand that falls under the company, making appropriate project related trade-offs across brands.

You will also have a strategic insight in to the analytics market and ability to translate business requirements whilst working alongside senior stakeholders.

This role will be a key asset in the growth of the company.

This individual will be part of the FP&A ME Team and manage the reporting

of Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, variance

analysis and special projects. She/he will provide financial support to manager

in preparing management presentations, Quarterly Business reviews, financial

presentations. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to

provide insights and support FBP in making business. The position reports to

the Consolidation and reporting manager for ME Zone.

Position Responsibilities:

Analyze current and past trends in key

performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses.

Monitor performance indicators, highlighting

trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

Support the month end close; work closely with

accounting to ensure expenses are properly recorded

Reporting financial figures in HFM as defined by

ME Zone.

Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

Implement and work with a Business Intelligence

Tool and Dashboard reports

Develop financial dashboards for analysis to

support Management.

Analyze complex financial information and

reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management

for decision making purposes

Qualifications

Qualifications:
–

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance;

5+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

–

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Access and SAP skills desirable

–

Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

–

Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

–

Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
