This Engineering Manager is a really exciting opportunity with an expanding firm based in Dubai that design and manufacture products into the automotive sector and other disciplines. The Engineering Manager position will be responsible for a team of engineers which includes designers, test technicians and manufacturing staff among others.
The Engineering Manager roles and responsibilities are too long to list, and below are the most pertinent points that are essential criteria:
– Proven experience in managing processes from pre-feasibility onwards (market demand assessment, technology), through testing, approving design, approving budgets, assigning contractors and implement policies in relation to the projects
– Ability to coordinate all associated construction projects (planning, water control among others)
– Managing the development of technical strategies (from design onwards) and dealing with any issues that arise
– The ability to manage communication at all levels and a structured approach to internal and external feedback on progress
– High level of educational achievement and continual professional development
