Contracting General Manager (Arabic Nationality) - Al Baddad International - Dubai

Looking for General Manager (Arabic Nationality) required to run and oversee the full management and control of our office based in Dubai

• You will assume control of all operational, commercial and functions responsible for timely completion of all projects in line with customer expectations. By winning and costing the right projects you will ensure the profitability of the business and future stability and growth in the region.


• Adhere to the Company’s business objectives, strategy and mission statement and continuously seek opportunities for the enhancement of the Company.


• Responsible for setting, managing and monitoring the progress and implementation of the Company strategic and operational plans.


• Actively source potential new Client and business contacts, keep up-to-date on new technology and innovations that could be utilized for business improvements and advancements.


• Lead, evaluate and develop a management team of direct reports consisting of functional and operational line managers and delegate tasks and accountabilities to these managers, where appropriate, to ensure achievement of the Company’s goals and objectives.


• Manage strategic development and expansion projects with assistance of management and operational teams.


• Develop, set and review Key Performance Indicators to measure the Company’s performance and business targets.


• Determine, establish and review the organizational structure on a regular basis.


• Optimize the use of human resources through the recruitment and development of the required staff.


• Ensure that all employees and subcontractors comply with the appropriate laws and the Company’s rules and regulations.


• Prepare at regular intervals financial summary reports for review by the GMD.


• Control and monitor operational budgets and Implement measures to ensure the company’s continued profitability
