Personal Assistant to Management - Royal-Careers - Dubai






The candidate must be well versed in booking air tickets, hotel reservations and visa arrangements for the Chairman and his family members.
Requirements:


  • This role requires Good command of english language.

  • Should have experience of working with senior executives, managing diaries and client relationships.

  • Assist on preparation for meetings (Administrative/Team support skills).

  • Take notes in weekly meetings/project meetings .

  • Excellent Public Relations, communication and writing skills.

  • Candidates should have several years of experience as a Secretary/PA or in a similar role

. * Excellent word processing and IT skills, including a range of software packages and comprehensive capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)


  • Strong administrative and personal assistant skills with an ability to work well in a fast paced environment, an effective planner with proven time management skills is necessary; attention to detail, personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility with great team liaison skills;

  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle between a range of tasks
