Soft Services Supervisor - A Facilities Management Group - Dubai

Key Responsibilities :

• To carry out the instructions as given by Operations Manager


• To provide a first response to any incident at the site


• Check the turnout and general discipline of the facilities workers


• On-site guidance to workers about safe working practices


• Establish and achieve service standards to ensure conformance to service level agreements.


• Responsible for submission of invoices to clients and timely collections.


• Assist in conducting one-off site surveys (if any)


• Conduct inspections of the premises and provide feedback to the immediate superior on standards and monitoring targets.


• Provide information related to competition & prospective leads to superior.


• Liaise with caretakers regarding staffing matters and the supply of materials (if any) and how they are used.


• Maintain contact with managers and customers on site.


• Keep up to date on new practices and techniques and report to immediate superior.

Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
