Scala Engineer, Mid/Snr/Lead – Startup, Agile, eCommerce – Dubai
Excellent opportunity for Mid, Senior and Lead level Scala Engineers to join one of the Middle East’s most exciting and fastest growing ecommerce technology companies. Backed by one of the UAE’s most successful business man, this startup has already grown to 85 people in the last 10 months and now looking to really expand the engineering team.
You’ll be joining a fast growing, multifunctional, Agile team of exceptional engineers from all over the world, coming together to build what aims to be the largest ecommerce company in the UAE, and compete with the likes of Alibaba on a global scale. Based in the heart of Downtown Dubai in brand new offices.
The successful Scala Engineers should have extensive experience working in highly Agile environments, following best practices such as TDD/BDD and working in Scrum/KanBan teams. The ideal Scala engineers will also have a strong appreciation of CI/CD and the DevOps culture.
We can sort out the necessary visa/work permit for you move to Dubai, and provide accommodation for the first month whilst you get settled.
