We are looking for “ Techno Functional Consultants” who will be responsible for presales and implementation of IYCON solutions. The job scope includes proof of concept building and customer presentations and requires professionals who are willing to work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding client’s requirements.


• Analysis of client business data.


• Write, change and customize codes as per client requirements (Intermediate Level).


• Create and maintain functional or technical documentation related to the application


• Installation and configuration of application on various Networks.


• Configure application for given business requirements.


• Identify and introduce process improvements.


• Provide on-site and remote services to Clients.


• Provide support during UAT.


• Exposure to client interaction for requirements analysis, application support, defect analysis/resolution, Onsite customer interaction support/operations support/requirement gathering/


• Work at various customer sites for prolonged period


• Present to middle to top level client executives.


• Travel nationally and international as part on implementation and training


• Deliver customized client training


• Manage client expectations


• Train peers on skills learnt, improve team knowledge and skills.

Qualification and Technical Skill set Requirement:

• Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Client – Server Based Applications.


• Experience in installation and configuration of databases like SQL / Oracle in different environments. Experience with relational databases.


• Knowledge of SQL or Oracle scripting (Basic to intermediate level).


• Installation and configuration of web servers like APACHE, IIS on different environments.


• Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008 operating systems


• Experience with HTML/XHTML, JQuery and CSS (Intermediate level is fine)


• Web programming experience, in either PHP, ASP.Net


• Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, screen and database design including normalization


• Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in the field of deployment of systems


• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint


• Preference will be given to candidate experienced in project managing or implementation of ERP systems


• Advance proficiency in written and spoken English
