Electrical Maintenance Technician - Soundlines HR Consultancy - Dubai

Dear Candidate,

We need 5 Electrical Maintenance Technicians for an Electrical Company in Dubai.

Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant
Qualification: Diploma (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Technical Skills:
· AutoCAD
· Good knowledge in PLC and PROFIBUS
· Good knowledge in Hydraulics and pneumatics
Good knowledge in QHSE Management System.
Salary:
Basic Salary – AED 2100-2600
Food Allowance – AED 300 + Accommodation and Transportation from company

Job responsibilities:

Standard Maintenance Procedure
· Trouble shoot and repair faulty Electrical & Electronic system
· Install power supply wiring and conduct for newly installed machines and equipment following manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints.
· Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus, transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures.
· Replaces faulty electrical components of machine, relays, switches, and motors and positions sensing devices.
· Monitoring and controlling the Documentations for all maintenance activities.
· Executing the PM for all assets following the standards and the recommendations.
· Comply with work instructions/ OCP/ policies or other rules and regulations.
· Work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
· Follow IMS (integrated management system) manual for the policies of company towards QHSE.
· Safely execution of day to day maintenance activities by following QHSE rules & Adhering the control measure as per the risk register.
· Follow the lock out tag out system.
· Use the appropriate and necessary PPE while working.
· Follow the emergency procedure and participate actively in mock drills.
· Participate in QHSE matters like training, tool box talks, monthly meetings, risk assessments etc
· Actively comply hygiene requirement & report all the accidents, near miss, unsafe condition, unsafe act &any non-conformities.
· Preserve the resources and environment and try to reduce the waste being generated from respective operation.
