A prominent chain of restaurants is currently looking to recruit an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to add value to the business growth activities and lead their dynamic team.

With the goal of promoting the companys commercial activity and maintaining its reputation, it is expected of the General Manager to deliver in the following accountabilities:

· Develop and implement the growth and expansion strategy of the operations across the UAE, and oversee the achievement of performance targets

· Provide leadership for the UAE operations in order to achieve the business objectives.

· Ensure timely supervision and meeting with store managers to review performance and operations.

· Provide direction to operations team members on daily activities and restaurant operations.

· Develop financial projections, strategic annual forecasts and budgets.

· Establish and manage financial controls.

· Oversee and review financial statements, sales activities, analytics, reports and performance data to measure productivity and program performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

· 5 years of proven experience managing a large diverse team in a fast-paced environment within a quick service restaurant sector

· Experience in opening new outlets and building a team

· A business degree or equivalent

· Entrepreneurial with a strong for passion for food and people

· Utmost dedication to excellent customer service and product quality
