Job Goal: To provide effective administrative assistance to the Director of Learning in regards to curriculum documentation and support the general effective operation of the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC).
- Provide assistance and support to the Director of Learning
- Provide school-wide curriculum development and documentation support
- Liaise with the business office to coordinate curriculum orders for new adoptions
- Manage and maintain the curriculum mapping software
- Assist in schedule and calendar coordination
- Maintain updated communication with entire ASD community, through appropriate channels
- Assist in the planning and organization of Teaching and Learning events, activities, and projects as directed by the Director of Learning
- Contribute to the effective and efficient management of TLC functions and procedures

Skills & Requirements Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills with above average proof-reading skills
- Knowledge and skills related to integrated computer programs
- Prior relevant experience
- Familiarity with the use of Google APPS
- Tactful and professional telephone and reception skills
- Ability to work under pressure, and to take initiative and maintain a flexible schedule
- Well-organized, detail orientated, with multitasking ability
- Pleasant and patient in dealing with faculty, students and parents
- Accuracy in creating and maintaining databases
- Commitment to ASD mission and core values
Preferred Qualifications:
- College or professional degree preferred
- Previous experience working in an educational institution
