You will be responsible for conducting all HR introduction to all new employees, processing of monthly payroll for 1000 employees, prepare all letters of correspondence related to employees and staff loan deductions and salary certificates.The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have 4 years minimum HR & Payroll and Time Sheets experience, fluency in English is essential and candidates who can commence work immediately are preferred for this role Please only apply if you have the relevant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To arrange the payment & deductions of staff salaries through system or relevant. This involve the collection and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll (including new joiners, all type of leaves, absence, allowances, overtime, change status, pension, cash advance, etc.).
- To ensure manual and computerized records are accurately maintained and update regularly in line with data protection.
- To assist in the administration of benefits scheme such as the ticket, allowance, overtime, pay scale, medical etc.
- To analysis data, interpreting the results, and providing a written summary of data analysis.
- ensure employee payments are processed accurately and database integrity is maintained.
- Coordinate processing of staff Final Settlements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors or Post graduate degree or equivalent in HR/ Business administration.
- 4 years of relevant work experience as HR / Payroll and Time Sheets in UAE.
