Business Transformation Consultant - Munich Health - Dubai

YOUR JOB

Identify and analyze regulatory requirements of UAE’s health insurance industry and align them with internal operations

Devise a project plan in line with business requirements and work in co-ordination with subject matter experts to ensure tasks are fulfilled

Lead the transformation project and ensure that all milestones are accomplished within the agreed timelines.

Liaison with external legal consultants, company Public Relations Officer to prepare necessary contractual documents and ensure internal stakeholders are made aware on its impact and the next steps.

In line with corporate brand guidelines, map all internal and external communication channels which has an impact as a result of a business transformation exercise

Act as the point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties involved in the business transformation project.

Identify any risks related to the changes and develop a strategy to overcome any negative impact on business operations.

Present the progress and important information to the management team on a timely basis

YOUR PROFILE

Graduate in Management Studies / Business Administration / Legal & compliance

Consulting experience in setting up business ventures in the UAE or project management / implementation experience is essential for this position

Thorough knowledge about the UAE’s regulatory environment and health insurance industry is essential

UAE driving license is required and should be willing to travel within UAE for business requirements

Good command of English language (written & spoken). Fluency in Arabic will be an advantage

Computer literacy in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
