Channel Manager is responsible for developing, training, maintaining, and generating sales of ESET security solutions through developing and training of VARs and MSPs..
This is a quota driven sales position, the successful Channel Manager will be skilled in prospecting and qualifying partners,in pipeline development as well as partner management.
Responsibilities
Achieve / exceed revenue targets
Drive the development and execution of a partner recruitment strategy
Manage, recruit and train partners to sell ESET’s and Technology Alliances IT security solutions.
Conduct joint onsite end-user sales calls with partner to ensure timely closure of busines
Manage key customer relationships at executive and senior management level
Work with marketing to implement the channel marketing program for the assign territory
Track all lead and opportunity activity within pipeline and manage reporting using CRM
Maintain channel partner and end user account information with attention to detail in CRM
Represent company at regional trade shows
Requirements: Degree in IT, business or other related specialty
Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic
At least three years of channel management experience
Excellent presentation skills and business communication skills
Ability to work independently and be self-directed
Able to understand technologies such as Malware Detection, Encryption, Patch Management, DLP, Disaster Recovery and Virtualisation
Previous experience in a Presales or Technical roles will be an advantage
