Administrative Assistant / Executive Secretary with at least 2 years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications and has a good english communication skills (oral and written). Candidates must have an in depth knowledge in office management, basic accounting and reporting.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing projects and conducting research
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Providing quality customer service
- Working in a professional environment
