Executive Secretary - A Multi National Company - Dubai Free Zone






Administrative Assistant / Executive Secretary with at least 2 years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications and has a good english communication skills (oral and written).
Candidates must have an in depth knowledge in office management, basic accounting and reporting.


Responsibilities are as follows:


  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office

  • Organizing and maintaining files and records

  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Managing projects and conducting research

  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Making travel and guest arrangements

  • Providing quality customer service

  • Working in a professional environment
