• Ensure to drive the project to complete till go-live and provide post implementation support


• Ensure proper/qualified end user testing carried by guiding user for creating proper test scripts & positive / negative scenarios


• Ensure to record every functional requirement is properly recorded in design document or solution design etc.


• Ensure daily defects sheet updated without missing a single observation


• Ensure deployment kits are inline to organization’s standard and ensure every production deployment is successful.


• Ensure to write by yourself by coordinating with vendor on how to take backup, release changes, rollback steps and verification steps etc.


• Ensure that new requirements are properly vetted and evaluated with surrounding systems.


• Prepare project status reports and assist and updated your project manager on daily basis
