Secretary - Latin Textiles & Trade DMCC - Dubai Free Zone






Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors.

  • Receive incoming calls and transfer the call to designated department.

  • Type documentation as required.

  • Photocopies, bind documents and amendments.

  • Coordinate daily activities and/or schedule

  • General filing operations.

  • Responsible for disbursement and replenishment of petty cash.

  • Process all incoming and outgoing communications (phone, fax, and courier service)

  • Ensure pantry items and toiletries are on stocks.

  • Orders, distributes, and keeps an inventory of supplies.

  • Keeps stocks of stationary and ensure that office supplies are available at all times.

  • Make sure that all office equipments are functioning properly.

  • Airline ticket bookings & preparing visa for the CEO.

  • Performs other duties assigned

  • Supports senior-level managers.

  • Assisting the supply chain department & real estate day to day activities.

  • LC opening, export/import documentation.

  • Preparation of bill of exchange, invoicing, and yarn shipment chart.

  • Updating documents vs payment chart for accounts.

  • Preparing daily reports.

  • Payables & Receivables
