Store Manager –Retail Pharmacy

The Store Manager is responsible for total operations including driving sales, providing outstanding customer service, creating a positive work environment and cultivating employee potential, maintaining a store environment that is clean, neat and merchandised to company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reaching sales targets and increasing profit of the store.


• Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints


• Supervising staffs and organizing training


• Organizing rotas and holidays


• overseeing stock control and receiving orders

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

• Retail Store In-charge / Manager Experience preferred.


• Proven ability to successfully manage all aspects of the store environment.


• Must be a MBA graduate


• Should be fluent in English
