Operates in an advisory capacity to end users, channel partners, key decision makers regarding Promethean’s products and service offerings.
Supports the work of the Business Development team with pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales Professional Development instruction.
Contributes to and owns the Professional Development strategy for the region, including the development of clear targets for Channel Partners.
Coordinates and owns the Professional Development piece of the regional web-site, ensuring content is relevant at all times.
Ensures the Middle East Professional Development program is seen as a Centre of Excellence both internally and externally.
Designs and delivers content material to support the sales strategy of the Middle East team, specifically language, mathematics and common core.
Experience :
- Exceptional Planning/Organizational skills and Attention to Detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups of people, including Ministers of Education.
- Firm understanding of the pedagogy of teaching and learning – shown through the ability to develop / design / deliver exceptional professional development
- High levels of knowledge on all aspects of educational technology, technology integration, and current education technology trends
- Cultural understanding of the regional business and operating attributes is critical.
Education & Qualifications :
- Educated to degree level as a minimum or an experienced Teacher/Trainer specialist.
- 5-10 years’ experience of teaching or in a classroom or learning institute
- Knowledgeable regarding business practices in the Middle East region.
- Fluent English and Arabic language skills are required. French would be advantageous.
