VP Business Development Manager - Red Sea Housing Services - Dubai Office - Dubai Free Zone

International Company who is a leading designer, manufacturer, and manager of large-scale accommodation solutions, with specialist expertise in supplying affordable housing to economically-developing countries and fast, turnkey satellite living communities to the construction, energy and Government sectors globally. We are currently recruiting a VP Business Development to join our team located in Dubai, UAE. The position will report directly to the CEO and will develop, nurture and maintain business relationships with key decision makers of new and existing clients.
Minimum 5 years experience as a seasoned VP Business Development Manager. ***Strong track record in Modular Housing & Construction Sales servicing the Oil / Gas / Mining sectors or related field is a must.*** An aggressive Sales Leader with strong contacts in EPC & Contracting Companies. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, prospect and create a pipeline for new business for products and services Bring new clients
Generate, qualify and continuously follow up on sales leads Source and follow up appropriate business opportunities Complete sales proposals, conduct presentations and follow up with prospective clients Assist with the development of effective RFP responses and proposal presentations that demonstrate our company’s ability to solve client business requirements Provide clients with ongoing after-sale support Collaborate with the Operations team to achieve our business sales and operations objectives and goals Required Skills & Competencies: Post-secondary education or experience in a related field (e.g., sales and marketing);
Engineering degree is preferred
Sales experience in oil & gas industry, preferably in the remote site service sector – Able to deliver presentations and undertake public speaking with skill and confidence; project credibility. Proven record as a top sales performer of closing multimillion dollar deals
Modular Construction/ Camp Housing business background with international Experience
Market Knowledge
Complete technical knowledge of Business Product
International Experience
