Senior Corporate Associate

A Senior Corporate Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with one of the Middle East’s largest law firm. The role will be based in Dubai and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

You can be assured that if successful you will be joining perhaps one of the region’s most capable and biggest Corporate teams. The team services the full range of Transactions – Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Structuring and Regulatory Advice, Capital Markets/IPOs, Family Business Structures, and Corporate Governance.

To be considered for this role you need to have 6+ years PQE and preferably be bilingual in both Arabic and English. You will have experience working with international law firms in the region with a focus in corporate and capital market transactions.
