Finance Officer - Confidenial Company - Dubai Free Zone

Our Company is looking for accounts/finance officer .

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an inventory Costing control position


• Master’s degree preferred


• Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.


• Strong math and analytical skills


• Extremely organized with relentless attention to detail


• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills


• Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment


• Must be available full-time and able to work extended hours and overtime, if necessary

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inventory control, data entry, inventory movements and transfers, training and enforcing the proper use of inventory control measures within the Company


• Review inventory reports on daily basis and perform detailed analysis of item history if necessary


• Perform inventory adjustments with variance analysis as needed


• Analyze and report physical inventory for all locations


• Establish good working relationships with other teams within the Company as well as with vendors and suppliers


• Learn and understand the functions of different departments including inventory control, purchasing, production, logistics (receiving and shipping) to better understand the flow of inventory


• Proactively support the development of best practices within the department and Company to continuously improve and streamline procedures


• Other duties to be assigned as needed
