Officer – Marketing

• To implement all email and SMS campaigns initiated by RAKBANK using Unica Campaign Management

• To design emailers using design and HTML tools

• To coordinate between the different business units and content agency to ensure relevant campaigns are sent out

• To coordinate between the development agency, creative agency and the alliances team to ensure the offers for RAKvalue are uploaded on the site monthly and that the SMS and emails are dispatched

• Interact with the digital agency and the MARCOM team on the development of online creative to be used across the different online channels of the bank

• To be responsible for all internal and external e-mail campaign management activities (HTML and online inbox)

Skills
• Graphic Design

• Photoshop, Illustrator

• HTML

• Good knowledge of the online media vehicles and other media related MIS reports.

• Skill set must include knowledge of Content/Email Management Systems.

• Excellent analytical skills to analyse effectiveness of the used mediums.

• Good communication skills in English & Arabic

• Computer skills mainly in MS-Office, Web designing

Experience

• Prior experience in web designing, social and online media & advertising industry

Education level / Professional / Technical qualifications

• Marketing graduate

• 1-2 years of marketing/online marketing
