Senior Quantity Surveyor - Architectural Engineering Consultants - Dubai

An established Architectural Engineering consultants in Dubai looking for senior quantity surveyor having graduation in Civil engineering or quantity surveying.
Major duties will be:

• Preparation of Tender and Contract Documents


• Obtaining quotations for required pricing


• Assist in Tender queries and clarification correspondence.


• Oversee department incoming and outgoing correspondence.


• Organize and manage filing system of the department.


• Records, control and maintain files of all contracts and agreements.


• Preparation of Project Monthly Status Report, SWOT Analysis and Project Management Internal Audit.


• Maintain Project Management System, process and records.


• Registrations of incoming projects, change orders and other requests to monitor project stage status and updates.


• Final review of Specifications, drawings and Bill of Quantities. Manage tendering, Tender Notices, Tender Analysis and report


• Manage Contract Documents until signed of both parties, file and ensure to follow accordingly.

Skills required:
Applicant have to be good in AutoCAD as well as MS office.
Knowledge in Primavera or MS project.
Good communicative skills.
