A rapidly expanding food business is currently seeking a ‘full mix’ marketing professional with expertise in brand and trade marketing management to join the team in Dubai as a Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager will have a strong working knowledge of market data and insight and will utilise this skill to evaluate opportunities and promotional effectiveness. You will be responsible for all trade marketing communications, NPD launch activity, digital communications and category management.

Responsibilities:

– managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activities

– developing an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department

– managing launch campaigns for new products

– handling all PR & communication activities

– delivering marketing campaigns on time & within the budget

– setting the media budget & write and deliver external PR related to product launches

– building consumer insights for the company’s brands

To qualify for this role, you must have:

– Minimum 5 Years of proven marketing experience within the GCC countries – ideally within an FMCG (food) industry.

– Hands-on experience on launching marketing campaigns, using marketing channels to create qualitative – quantitative value for the brands

– Strong interpersonal skills

– Excellent communication & Negotiation skills are must

– In depth knowledge of Market Research methodology, consumer insight generation tools, brand health metrics, and levers to drive improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess broad marketing, product and category experience with a good working knowledge of the GCC grocery market. You will be commercially aware with a good track record of turning insights into action. If you see yourself thriving in this role, send us your CV.
