> Key accountabilities:
Deals directly with customers by phone, email and social media. §Responds promptly (within 2 to 3 hours) to customer inquiries. §Confirms and does follow up with customers for booking and other inquiries. § Maintains call centre database by entering correct information. § Coordinates with supervisors to maintain the calendar. § Handles and resolves customer complaints. § Directs requests and escalations to the appropriate resource. § Informs and upsells services and promotions to customers. § Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). § Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns. § Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written). § Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales. § Prepare reports and analyze key metrics/insights. § Act as an EHK ambassador by living and breathing the company culture and ethos. Continuously exceed customer expectations and the standards of excellence. § Nurture the service guidelines and codes of appearance, behavior and conduct. § Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical workday, where the tasks require additional commitment. § Attend employee meetings and events. § Perform other duties as requested by reporting line managers/supervisors.
Person specification: Qualifications: § Proficient in English (speaking and writing), Arabic an advantage § Knowledge in online/social media marketing
