Female Administrative Officer - Tatweers Technology Solutions - Dubai






Handling day to day work like but not limited to:


  • Dealing with banks for transaction, balances, payable & receivable.

  • Generate monthly and weekly reports for banks status.

  • Maintain all bank correspondence, keep copy of all required formats.

  • Handling Petty cash, including forecast and management of petty cash requirements.

  • Gathering pricing and creating Purchase Orders for vendors and distributors.

  • Maintain attendance sheets follow up and update daily

  • Maintain documents for vacations, medical leaves…etc.

  • Preparing employee files including all required documents.

  • On-boarding & off boarding process for employees

  • Manage office requirements, maintenance, purchases…etc.

  • Finding the best prices and solutions for office needs (ex: Insurance)

  • Manage office PRO, including collections, deliveries, purchases and other errands

  • Handling courier and mail company

  • Handling Du telecom relationship.

Requirement:


  • 1-2 year of experience

  • immediate joining

Walking interview on 30 & 31 May 2016 from 10 am to 5 Pm
