Handling day to day work like but not limited to:
- Dealing with banks for transaction, balances, payable & receivable.
- Generate monthly and weekly reports for banks status.
- Maintain all bank correspondence, keep copy of all required formats.
- Handling Petty cash, including forecast and management of petty cash requirements.
- Gathering pricing and creating Purchase Orders for vendors and distributors.
- Maintain attendance sheets follow up and update daily
- Maintain documents for vacations, medical leaves…etc.
- Preparing employee files including all required documents.
- On-boarding & off boarding process for employees
- Manage office requirements, maintenance, purchases…etc.
- Finding the best prices and solutions for office needs (ex: Insurance)
- Manage office PRO, including collections, deliveries, purchases and other errands
- Handling courier and mail company
- Handling Du telecom relationship.
Requirement:
- 1-2 year of experience
- immediate joining
