The Positions Available

6 x Leasing / Sale Consultants (Letting or Sale Negotiators / Agents)

Salary & Bonus

• Commission only basis


• Earn 50% commission on all deals


• TAX FREE Earnings


• Average earnings for Sale Consultants (Sale Negotiators / Agents) is Between £70,000 and £120,000 per annum


• Average earnings for Leasing Consultants (Letting Negotiators / Agents) is £40,000 to £80,000 per annum

• Some of the best agents in Dubai can earn well over £250,000 per annum

Relocating to Dubai

The company will offer a full residential visa and help with serviced apartment accommodation during your initial move.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 Year Sales Experience / or 1 year Real Estate experience


• Passport and Driving Licence


• You Must Be Self-Motivated


• You Must Be Passionate About Property


• Excellent presentation and communication skills


• Must be driven and hard working


• Strong team player but with the ability to work alone


• The confidence to cold call


• Savings, this is a commission based role so we do require candidates have a minimum of GBP £5,000 – £7,000 in savings


• Our client would look at people who have worked as an Estate Agent, Letting Agent, Leasing Consultant, Sales Consultant, Property Manager, Block Manager, Commercial Property Agents, Lister, Valuer and New Build Property Consultants.

Please note: Our client would consider sales people from other sale backgrounds that are heavily targeted.
