A Real Estate Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with an international law firm based in Dubai. This role offers an excellent salary and opportunity.

My client is a world renowned law firm with offices across the globe and are involved with all areas of legal practice such as banking, employment, criminal, corporate, commercial and many more. As a firm of this magnitude is continuously growing and looking for new talent to join their team and make an impact, an opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join their Dubai office has presented itself.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years, ideally with UAE experience and previously coming from a top Tier law firm. You will be expected to have a wide range of Real Estate related experience such as engaging clients with a measured commercial approach while demonstrating skill in drafting sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, security documentation and ancillary documents connected with a transaction. You will further be required to interact with the UAE government to register various real estate transactions. Other duties include, advising externally and internally on real estate laws and issuing and drafting standard documentation in connection with foreign investment structures.
