Partnership Manager

The Partnership Manager will target corporates (banks, associations etc.) in the UAE, so to form promotions that will appeal to their customers. You will also work closely with marketing and product to deliver results.

Key responsibilities:

* Strategize and implement various alliances and key partnerships with various c
companies/corporate for joint promotion and offers in the UAE
* Conceptualization to implementation of various offer and promotions
* Secure sponsorships and funding from partners for co-branding/marketing activities
* Liaison with various marketing agencies that support alliances and tie-ups
* Meet the necessary sales target/offer target
* Co-ordination with various departments for successful implementation of the project
* Execute marketing operations, partnership marketing, customer acquisition and customer
retention in conjunction with the marketing teams
* Monitor performance of promotions, take corrective actions and report to stake holders
* Ensure communication of the alliance and promotions is done through all the channels
* Analyse promotions and their performance and report it to the stake holders

Key skills:

* Team player
* Confident with numbers
* 3 – 5 years’ experience in managerial position managing a similar role
* Experience in directly handling targets and budgets
* Experience in managing vendors
* Experience in networking and building relationships
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Strong leadership, inter-personal skills and open-minded
* Entrepreneur skills to take the business forward
