Sales Coordinator - NAFFCO - National Fire Fighting Manufacturing - Jebel Ali Freezone






Job Description:


  • Primarily assists the sales team and focuses mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.

  • Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client as and when required.

  • Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries

  • Prepares reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

  • Experience working on tools like CRM and Oracle.

Key Skills & Qualification:


  • Min Graduation educated.

  • Fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills.

  • Previous experience as Sales coordinator required.

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office suites.
