Job Description:
- Primarily assists the sales team and focuses mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client as and when required.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries
- Prepares reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
- Experience working on tools like CRM and Oracle.
Key Skills & Qualification:
- Min Graduation educated.
- Fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills.
- Previous experience as Sales coordinator required.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suites.
