Sales Administrator - Key Talent Matters - Dubai






Order Management – Prepare order proposal in consultation with Manager) & facilitate the ordering process.
 Inventory planning control – Ensuring availability of stock as per agreed norms and procuring from other dealers if need arises.
 Pricing & positioning – Establish market based pricing based on product position.
 Principal relationship – For various issues on orders / arrivals of new models launch and availability.
 Claim submission & follow-up – Assist in compiling of monthly Competitive Equalization claims / dealership claims.
 Compile co-op claims & approvals.
 Sales Incentive preparation – Assist in sales executive incentives after verifying documentation.
 Fleet Support – Overview and verify CE request to .
 Price Management Showroom – Maintain retail & fleet pricing in consultation with the manager.
 Assist in all queries regarding specification of cars and general enquiries of Sales Consultant. Prepare specification sheet for all stock units and any special order as per requirement.Experience required
