We need an energetic, well organized, efficient, educated office admin with EXCELLENT FLUENT spoken English, communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Responsibilities / Duties: Handling various responsibilities and co-ordinate the running of the entire accounts and whole systems of the company. Handle the full book-keeping and accounting documentation of the company. Prepare accurate costing charts for the company’s project range; Handle company’s staff payroll; Prepare detailed work program using right software. Preparation of weekly project progress reports for the client and the team. Correspondence with client and suppliers in the project. Handle all local purchasing. Follow up and record all inventory. Manage multiple projects at a given time and ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and tools for site progress and to ensure timely completion. Management and supervision of document control. All other normal accounting and finance responsibilities for a company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelors or higher)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in an office in the UAE with similar job.
- Fluency in English – spoken and written – is a must (Arabic will be an advantage)
- Proficient with computers – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher etc);
- Complete working knowledge with computerized accounting systems such as Tally, Quickbooks etc. is also a must;
- Ability to organize, multitask, work under pressure and get the job done within the given deadlines.
- Motivated, organized, neat and systematic.
Miscellaneous: Applicants on spouse visa is more preferred.
