ADMINISTRATIVE & ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - Techmart Solutions Middle East DMCC - Dubai






Administrative assistant is expected to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The job demands good communication and coordination activities within office staff as well as client communication in terms of accounting activities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


To act as support for the accounting and administration matters of the company. Activities include answering the telephone, filing, managing appointments and managing the daily office schedule. Additional, administrative duties may include working on special projects, managing the office and supervising other staff members. Accounting tasks such as preparing quotations, invoices, calculating billing statements, compiling financial records and managing inventory records.


REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES)


Graduate with min 3-4 years’ experience. Should have strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Experience in using Sage software is a must. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: AED3,000.00 /month
