Job Description

• Must be fully aware of property handover process, property and client registration, preparing SPA’s and other Land department procedures


• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents


• Keeping the online records, soft copies, updating expired documents and all other documentation must be properly archived


• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices


• Must visit the clients for payment collection and SPA signing process if

Requirements

• Previous experience in a real estate/construction company is required; knowledge of all relevant documents


• Fluent speaking and writing of English language; with Arabic speaking a preference.


• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening


• Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.


• Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively


• Full knowledge of Microsoft office software
