Customer service executive - Trafigura - Dubai

Description

Impala is Trafigura’s wholly-owned warehousing and logistics company for metals, minerals, and coal. Impala has around 25 operational locations, and is active in more than 20 countries.

Main Purpose


Interaction with customer and managing of day to day Customer Service requirement. Contract administration, planning and management of shipments and deliveries. Liaison with transport companies for transport requirement. Management of inventory and stock reports. Compliance with both internal and local regulatory requirements.

1 – 3 years experience

Bachelors degree in logistics or equivalent
