The candidate must be: – Well-organized – Presentable – Computer Literate with above average MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) – Excellent phone manners – Good communicator – Fast learner
Self-driven duties: 1. Answering inbound & outgoing calls 2. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; 3. Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments 4. Sending & receiving packages through courier 5. Maintaining an organized filing system and ensuring all documents are complete 6. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director by conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
