- Preparing day to day itinerary & updating the ground handling sheet .
- Maintain cordial relationship with vendors & clients.
- Cross-Selling other travel land products.
- Confirming all the reservations prior to travel and assigning driver duties.
- Preparation of welcome kits prior to travel.
- Overseeing smooth, efficient running of the business.
- Deal with clients, customers & drivers on a daily basis.
- Responsible for providing any changes in day to day travel (pick-up- drop) information to customers & drivers.
- Liaising with drivers on a case to case basis and have clear communication on any travel changes.
- Perform responsibilities of reviewing and verifying travel requests to ensure conformity with applicable rules.
- Prepare a weekly report for management on cross selling to update on revenue generation.
- Update database on ERP system on a day to day basis.
- Managing the travel schedule for the groups and mainly FIT’s
- Handling the entire land arrangements for the clients
- Prepare tentative plans & suitable alternatives for guests land arrangement.
- Taking care of the clients need, objections & changes in day to day itinerary.
- Compute cost of travel requested by the client and get best possible rates from vendor when outsourcing.
