IP/Trademark Paralegal

An IP/Trademark Paralegal is required to join an international law firm based in Dubai. This role comes with an excellent salary and benefit package.

My client is a world renowned law firm with offices across the globe and provide legal advice on a range of finance and business matters to government entities, financial institutions and corporations. They are now looking for an IP/Trademark Paralegal who can provide support, to the IP professional team.

This role comes with a broad range of duties such preparing routine correspondences and review documentation in all forms of IP rights in particular trademark, patents and industrial designs. You will also have duties such as handling trade mark portfolios, drafting deeds of assignments, conducting research on relevant laws and regulations, draft reports on the availability and use of trademarks, draft/prepare oppositions/appeals, manage the prosecution of trademarks/patents and other tasks of this nature.

The ideal candidate will have an impressive academic background and have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Paralegal for an international law firm. It is important that you are fully fluent in both Arabic and English, candidates who are already on the ground are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
