Juice Bar Staff - El Mondo Express - Dubai

• Implement the preparations and presentations of menu items within the outlet kitchen


• Ensure smooth functioning and that standards are maintained


• Keep all working areas under his work clean and tidy, to maintain high hygiene standards according to the Dubai Municipality Food Control regulations


• Receive food store requisitions


• Assure all refrigerators and warmers for food in his section are kept clean and rotate all food within to maintain top quality products


• Maintain effective communication with other section in the kitchen and F&B division


• Prepare all mise-en-place in teamwork as assigned by the Chef


• Compiles all requests for the sections output on production in the outlet or section


• Handle the preparation and service of food in his section under day to day supervision of Chef or Manager as applicable
