Office Assistant Required - Dubai
As this role will require support with legal secretarial, HR, accounts, there is a lot of variety so flexibility is needed.
They are looking for someone who can do the following:
– Ensure clean and tidy office/meeting room and reception area
– Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
– Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
– Stock and maintain supply rooms
– Cooperate with the rest of the staff
– Follow all health and safety regulations
– Any Nationality but must have good command in English
– Assist with reception cover when required
– Must have a minimum 2 years experience in the UAE as Office Assistant.
– Dresses in smart dress shirt and trousers; polished presentation and excellent personal hygiene.
