Administration/Recruitment Executive Female Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
- Should have recruiting experience, to screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill the job openings
- Perform general clerical duties which include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Answer & attend to all calls and redirect ,taking messages and assembling mailing.
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Requirements:
- Should be graduate
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: AED 3500-4000
