Real Estate Associate

A Real Estate Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with a global law firm and one of the region’s strongest Real Estate teams. The role will be based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and offers an excellent market leading salary and benefit package.

Expect to be working on some of the most high profile and complex transactions in the region. You will advise development companies, regional hotel operators & owners, investors, project sponsors and financial institutions across the Middle East on Real Estate transactions. You will be involved in dealing with major real estate developments & the creation of new communities; real estate financing; acquisition, disposals & management of property portfolios; development of landmark buildings; hotel & leisure transactions; and commercial leasing/licensing & retail work.

Being considered for this role are mid to senior level Associates. Fluency in English and current/recent experience of working for a top tier firm is obligatory. Evidenced in your CV should be Development work and Real Estate Finance transactions and please also assume that your academic achievements will also be scrutinized. Candidate who are fluent in Arabic and are already on the ground will have an advantage.
