Duties would include;

Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction & maintain excellent communication and relations with all suppliers and customers develop mutual respect with the people you deal with on a daily basis.

Schedule welcome meetings with the concierge, preparing rotation, daily reports, and ability to address and resolve problems on the spot or with assistance of the superiors to ensure an uninterrupted and high level service to the guests.

To organize effective duty visits, ensuring optimum service to all customers to establish and promote sightseeing through Desert Adventures.

To prepare personalized welcome information/departure details.

To highlight the importance of completing feedback form.

To be fully conversant with DAT brochures to ensure the accuracy of information provide.

To ensure efficient and cost effective administrative procedure in place.

It is important that this individual;

• is fluent in English but written and verbal (additional languages are advantageous)


• strong communicator with the ability to build strong rapport with interactions with clients


• confident in presenting to customers and quality of information delivered to be of a very high standard


• personal presentation to be excellent as shall be a representative of our brand and first point of contact with our clients
