Head of Product / Product Director / Senior Product Manager needed by extremely well-funded, challenger start-up based in Dubai.

The Head of Product / Product Director / Senior Product Manager will be part of the senior team launching an eCommerce platform, serving the Middle East Region.

The organisation has already hired a number of senior execs from some of the world’s largest eCommerce brands, predominately working for complimentary businesses; this role reports to the CEO.

The Head of Product / Product Director / Senior Product Manager will:

·Develop and execute the platform strategy across all channels
·Create and build a highly scalable eCommerce marketplace platform
·Hire and lead a first class product team of c.10
·Own the product roadmap & backlog

The Head of Product / Product Director / Senior Product Manager will own one of two distinct parts of the platform as follows:

·The consumer facing front end (inc payments, checkout etc)
·The back end SaaS platform that integrates with the supply chain, logistics etc

Candidates will ideally have worked for a recognised eCommerce or Online consumer brand and have successfully driven growth of new products or taken the brand into new territories.

If the Head of Product / Product Director / Senior Product Manager has worked for a start-up or turnaround it would be advantageous, as would an analytical mindset and strong academics.
